Scrapperie Boutique Liquidation Sale
Good morning, everyone!
I just wanted to send out a short email letting everyone know that as of this morning, I've changed the Boutique over to liquidation mode. October's kit, Spice of Life, will be my last monthly kit. The kit will not ship until December 1st, due to problem upon problem with manufacturers. It greatly saddens me to resort to this, but I cannot, in all good conscience continue to put together kits when I can't count on manufacturers to deliver what I'm promising my customers.
EVERYTHING in the Boutique, besides the Spice of Life kit, has been marked to sell. I have tons and tons of new goodies that have been loaded into the store and I've marked prices at a great savings. It goes without saying that if you see something you want, get it before it's gone. Once everything is gone, I'll turn the store off.
I will not turn off the Scrapperie forums, and shortly, I'll be announcing a new challenge team call. I'd like to make Scrapperie your new home away from home- full of great people and inspiration and not structured around sales and kits. There will be more crops, more contests and Bingo will finally return! I can't wait to unveil the new and improved Scrapperie in 2010- I hope you'll be with me.

Scrapperie's new Ocotber kit and a month-long Breast Cancer Awareness Special SALE!
Oh how I love October and its crisp, cool weather and the need for jackets and sweaters and great SHOES! This month's new kit,
Spice of Life, is a mix of all of Autumn's wonderful colors and some of my favorite things about Autumn. (Okay, I hate to say it, but I couldn't get everyone shoes. You know if I could, I SO would!)
Spice of Life is chock full of papers from Bo Bunny Press' new lines Gypsy and Kitchen Spice and loads of embellished papers from SEI's brand new Moravia line. There are also more interesting embellishments and fabulous finds from around the web and my favorite antique stores. You'll also notice that there are a lot of add-ons this month, too because...
Not only is October a month for enjoying the cooling weather, but it is a month for reflection... at least in my family it is. I started two years ago by commemorating October's Breast Cancer Awareness campaign by donating 25% of all sales to the Susan G Komen For the Cure foundation. This year I plan on donating 30% of ALL SALES (through the whole month of October) to the American Cancer Society, through Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. Breast cancer is a disease that strikes very near and dear to my heart and this is what I can do to help give a little bit back. (I love you, Mom!)

Introducing the September kit from Scrapperie: Country Club
Country Club is the new manly-man colored kit September kit from Scrapperie. It features brand new papers from Dream Street Papers, fondly named Sam. Mixed in are new papers from My Mind's Eye's Breaking Free line, some Scribble Scrabble Spencer and Autumn Aftrernoon, some Jillibean Soup and some Basic Grey Archaic. (Make no bones about it, there are no dinosaur themed papers here, folks - just the gorgeous hues of the solid and geometric print papers). All of the colors of this kit are based on one of my most favorite possessions- an old tweed sportcoat of my Dad's that I've hung onto since the 80s! It has worn metal buttons and corduroy patches on the elbows- and I've included all of those things in this kit. If you've been looking for the perfect kit to document the men in your life- this is it!
